Pete Grew up in the UK but driven by wanderlust has had many experiences over his twenty years of cooking professionally in world wide kitchens.
From restaurant and hotel cooking in the early years, crewing on luxurious super yachts and for the last ten years running some of the most luxurious ski chalets on the planet. He has cooked in extreme conditions and far flung places such as Tonga, Arctic Finland, Desserts of Sahara, the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, on a white water rafting expedition in the Grand Canyon and most recently at the top of an active volcano in Kamchatka overlooked by Brown Bears!
Former chef to the stars such as David Bowie, James Brown and the Chili Peppers to name a few he has had many amazing experiences.
He is currently the Executive Chef at Bighorn in Revelstoke which has been recently crowned Number One Heliski destination in North America.
